Law360, Chicago (August 16, 2012, 5:22 PM EDT) -- The Tenth Circuit reversed a $4.5 million judgment against Ford Motor Co. on Thursday in a suit brought by a woman who was paralyzed when a Ford vehicle she was riding in rolled over, finding expert witness trial testimony on an alleged seat belt defect should not have been admitted.
