Land O' Lakes Cleanup Suit Not Time-Barred, 8th Circ. Hears

Law360, New York (August 16, 2012, 5:55 PM EDT) -- Land O' Lakes Inc. on Wednesday told the Eighth Circuit that a lower court erred in ruling that it was time-barred from seeking insurance coverage in underlying litigation over cleanup costs at a former refinery site it inherited after a merger.
