SAP Sues Insurer Over $18M Liability From $80M Settlement

Law360, Philadelphia (August 17, 2012, 7:05 PM EDT) -- SAP America Inc. has sued a Swiss Re unit for failing to indemnify the company for its share of an $80 million settlement in litigation over software it sold to Waste Management Inc., in a case that was removed to Pennsylvania federal court Friday.
