Law360, New York (August 20, 2012, 2:49 PM EDT) -- A Minnesota federal judge on Friday reduced to about $646,000 sanctions leveled against Camtek Inc. for disobeying a court ordered sales ban on a semiconductor chip inspection machine that allegedly infringes a Rudolph Technologies Inc. patent, ruling the original penalty was overly punitive.
