6th Circ. Revives Toledo Worker’s Racial Bias Suit

Law360, New York (August 20, 2012, 6:36 PM EDT) -- The Sixth Circuit on Monday reversed the dismissal of a Toledo, Ohio, city worker’s race discrimination claims, ruling the district court had imposed a tougher standard than that required at the summary judgment stage by the McDonnell Douglas burden-shifting framework.
