Bovis Exits Hospital Construction Defect Suit For $1M

Law360, New York (August 20, 2012, 6:39 PM EDT) -- Bovis Lend Lease Inc. on Monday agreed to pay $1.1 million to step out of an Oklahoma hospital's suit that seeks more than $10 million in damages over claims that botched construction on a trio of building annexes resulted in widespread moisture damage to the hospital.
