Law360, New York (August 20, 2012, 5:34 PM EDT) -- A trio of ferrosilicon producers on Monday failed to shake allegations that they conspired with other U.S. companies to wheedle trade regulators into imposing duties on Brazilian exporters of the material, after a Washington federal judge determined the exporters had properly pleaded their case.
