Hostess Makes Final Offer, With Wage Cuts, To Teamsters

Law360, New York (August 20, 2012, 6:21 PM EDT) -- Hostess Brands Inc. on Monday announced a breakthrough deal with its largest union, which will put to its members a vote on a new collective bargaining agreement that would help the Twinkie maker lower its operating costs through labor concessions.
