Shell Arctic Drilling Risks Run Too High, NRDC Says

Law360, New York (August 20, 2012, 8:02 PM EDT) -- A leading environmental group released a report Monday arguing that the U.S. Department of the Interior shouldn’t approve Royal Dutch Shell PLC’s plans to drill for oil in the Arctic until regulators and the industry develop better response capabilities and learn more about the region’s environment.
