Out-Of-State Attys Challenge Ariz. Bar Admissions Rules

Law360, New York (August 21, 2012, 4:45 PM EDT) -- The National Association for the Advancement of Multijurisdiction Practice last week challenged the Arizona Supreme Court's rules forcing attorneys already licensed in certain states to take the state's bar exam in order to practice law within its borders.
