Law360, New York (August 21, 2012, 3:38 PM EDT) -- An Arkansas federal judge on Monday declined to consolidate a quartet of declaratory judgment actions in which four insurers are seeking to avoid paying for sexual molestation, physical abuse and corpse desecration suits against convicted pastor Tony Alamo.
