Baggage Delivery Antitrust Suit Sent Packing For 2nd Time

Law360, New York (August 22, 2012, 2:14 PM EDT) -- A federal magistrate judge on Friday again dismissed a fraud and antitrust suit filed by airport services contractor Expedite Inc. against a rival at Oregon's Portland International Airport, but the ruling gives the company another chance to make its claim.

U.S. Magistrate Judge John V. Acosta granted Plus Bags Cars & Serv LLC's motion to dismiss the case, but he nonetheless was receptive to some aspects of Expedite's claims and told the company to refile a more specific amended complaint.
