Law360, New York (August 21, 2012, 2:11 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Monday sought to dismiss one of two lawsuits filed by two environmental groups over nitrogen pollution in Cape Cod, Mass., after settlement talks between the two sides — which GOP politicians opposed — failed.
