SC Utility Settles Suit Over Arsenic-Polluted River

Law360, New York (August 21, 2012, 3:55 PM EDT) -- A Carolinas environmental group on Monday settled its lawsuit against South Carolina Electric & Gas Co. accusing the utility of polluting the Wateree River with arsenic from its coal-fired power plant in Richland County.
