Kinder Morgan Defends Gas Pipeline Rate Hike To FERC

Law360, New York (August 21, 2012, 7:24 PM EDT) -- Kinder Morgan Inc. on Tuesday urged the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to reject a protest lodged by natural gas shippers accusing the company of trying to upend a previous price agreement and retroactively increase rates for use of its Trailblazer pipeline.
