Pa. Teachers Can Challenge Release Of Addresses, Court Says

Law360, Philadelphia (August 22, 2012, 8:32 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that the state’s Commonwealth Court has the power to consider a request for an injunction by public school teachers seeking to shield their home addresses from release under the state’s new Right to Know Law.
