Lawmaker Challenges EPA Over Pesticide Linked To Bee Deaths

Law360, New York (August 22, 2012, 3:44 PM EDT) -- A senior Democratic lawmaker on Wednesday questioned the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's decision not to suspend use of an insecticide linked to massive bee die-offs, asking the agency to explain what steps it is taking to ensure there is sufficient scientific understanding of the issue.
