Satellite Tracking Patent Owner Seeks ITC Probe Of Rivals

Law360, New York (August 23, 2012, 2:18 PM EDT) -- The owner of a satellite patent used in search and rescue operations has accused two companies of importing merchandise into the U.S. that infringes its invention and has asked the U.S. International Trade Commission to investigate, according to a preview of Thursday's Federal Register.
