Industry Groups Tell Senate They Won't Back TSCA Bill

Law360, Chicago (August 22, 2012, 5:03 PM EDT) -- Industrial suppliers and manufacturers told the U.S. Senate on Tuesday that a bill to expand the reach of the decades-old Toxic Substances Control Act is not a sufficient bipartisan compromise and will not win their support in its current form, aligning themselves with committee Republicans.
