Romney, Obama Stand-Ins Trade Jabs Over Energy Agenda

Law360, Philadelphia (September 20, 2012, 12:28 PM EDT) -- Surrogates for Mitt Romney and Barack Obama faced off over competing visions for the nation’s energy agenda Thursday at the opening session of the Marcellus Shale Impact conference in Philadelphia.

In a discussion moderated by Ted Koppel, former Pennsylvania Secretary of the Department of Environmental Protection Kathleen McGinty argued that President Obama had been consistently supportive of shale gas development.
