Law360, Houston (August 23, 2012, 9:20 PM EDT) -- Haynes and Boone LLP knew a defunct Internet pharmacy was relying on it to assist with an antitrust suit, yet stood by as the deadline for filing the case passed, the company’s founder said in the firm’s malpractice suit Thursday in Texas court.
