Define 'Supervisor' Broadly, High Court Told In Race Bias Row

Law360, New York (August 29, 2012, 7:24 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court should repudiate the Seventh Circuit's restrictive take on who qualifies as a supervisor that can create Title VII liability for an employer, a former Ball State University worker said Wednesday in her bid to revive her racial bias suit.
