Cycle Capital To Close On $100M For 3rd Cleantech Fund

Law360, New York (August 24, 2012, 5:05 PM EDT) -- Canadian venture capital firm Cycle Capital Management is poised to close on a $100 million investment for its third clean technology fund, building on equity already committed by the government of Quebec and various fund-of-funds, a firm representative said Friday.

The Montreal-based firm plans to use Cycle Capital Fund III to invest in cleantech companies at the commercialization stage.
