Juror Must Turn Facebook Posts Over To Judge

Law360, New York (August 24, 2012, 6:30 PM EDT) -- A California juror who posted on Facebook during a criminal trial will have to turn over the posts about the proceedings after the state's high court on Wednesday declined to take up the case and dissolved a stay of the trial court's order demanding review of the posts.
