Judge OKs $46M Morgan Stanley Bias Settlement

Law360, New York (October 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A class of around 3,000 female employees alleging gender discrimination by investment banking titan Morgan Stanley will now get a $46 million settlement for their woes, after a federal judge approved the deal on Thursday.

Notice of the settlement was filed in April with the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and and received preliminary approval from District Judge Richard Roberts in July.
