Howrey Trustee Wants To Question Ex-CFO On Firm's Demise

Law360, New York (August 27, 2012, 12:27 PM EDT) -- Howrey LLP's bankruptcy trustee on Friday asked a California federal judge for a subpoena of the defunct firm's former chief financial officer, saying he was "uniquely qualified" to help the trustee understand the firm's finances and what drove it to ruin.
