Rx.com Says Haynes And Boone Agreed To File Antitrust Suit

Law360, Houston (August 27, 2012, 9:54 PM EDT) -- Haynes and Boone orally agreed to handle an antitrust suit for Rx.com but missed the filing deadline, the defunct pharmacy’s founder said Monday during the firm’s malpractice trial, rejecting the idea that the lack of a formal contract absolved the firm from liability.
