NRC Amends Reporting Rule On Plant Construction Alterations

Law360, New York (August 27, 2012, 6:31 PM EDT) -- The U.S Nuclear Regulatory Commission on Monday issued a final rule amending its regulations for the verification of nuclear power plant construction activities to require licensees to report any alterations they make after the supposed completion of any required inspections, tests or analyses.
