Funeral Directors Will Get $1M For Legal Costs Over Pa. Law

Law360, Philadelphia (August 27, 2012, 6:35 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge Wednesday finalized a judgment declaring parts of the state's Funeral Director Law unconstitutional and awarded $1.1 million in legal fees to the funeral directors who had sued the members of the state's Board of Funeral Directors over the law.
