10th Circ. Axes Suit To Block $4B DOE Nuclear Facility In NM

Law360, New York (August 27, 2012, 7:51 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court in New Mexico affirmed a lower court's judgment tossing an anti-nuclear group's suit that sought to block a U.S. Department of Energy $4 billion nuclear research facility project over an environmental impact statement, ruling Monday that the suit was filed prematurely.
