Pediatricians Urge HHS To Allow CHIP As Benchmark Plans

Law360, New York (August 28, 2012, 7:10 PM EDT) -- States should use their Children's Health Insurance Plan as a benchmark for determining essential health benefits for children, according to a report released Tuesday by the American Academy of Pediatricians, which argued that current benchmark options are too restrictive on kids' benefits.
