Firms That Do Double Duty Keep In-House Counsel Happy

Law360, New York (August 31, 2012, 6:14 PM EDT) -- Corporate counsel are happiest when working with law firms that can handle both routine legal matters and complex litigation, but only 25 percent of companies currently employ firms to serve this dual role, indicating that there’s a demand ambitious firms can aim to fulfill, a new survey of in-house counsel says.
