Companies Think Patent Claims On The Rise: Survey

Law360, New York (October 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The number of U.S. patent suits appears to be on the rise as companies do battle over the value and ownership of their intellectual property, according to a new study by Fulbright & Jaworski LLP.

In its fourth annual Litigation Trends survey, Fulbright & Jaworski interviewed in-house counsel at 253 major U.S. corporations and 50 U.K. corporations.
