Novo Still Owes $3M Over Patent Use Code Row, Caraco Says

Law360, New York (August 29, 2012, 4:20 PM EDT) -- Generic-drug maker Caraco Pharmaceutical Laboratories Ltd. on Wednesday brought a contract suit against Novo Nordisk A/S in Michigan federal court, saying Novo hasn't made good on the $2.75 million it owes Caraco stemming from an earlier suit over drug patent use codes.
