$86M Damages Award Vacated Due To Obviousness

Law360 (October 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court handed a victory to Hitachi Ltd. and Renesas Technology Inc. Friday, overturning a lower court verdict that ordered pay of nearly $86 million in damages to Translogic Technology Inc. for patent infringement.
