Wells Fargo Asks 6th Circ. To Revive Dorsey Bond Lawsuit

Law360, New York (August 30, 2012, 3:21 PM EDT) -- Mutual funds operated by Wells Fargo & Co. and others asked the Sixth Circuit on Tuesday to revive a securities complaint accusing Dorsey & Whitney LLP of concealing conflicts of interest and legal lapses by a Michigan charter school that sold $7 million in ill-fated bonds.

The funds settled or won judgments at the district court level against several other defendants in the case, helping them claw back a large portion of $3.8 million in claimed losses. But they're asking the appeals court to restore unsuccessful...
