Employment Disputes Top Corporate Worries: Survey

Law360, New York (October 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Labor and employment issues remain the biggest legal headache for corporate counsel, outstripping every other type of conflict, according to a new study by Fulbright & Jaworski LLP.

As part of its fourth annual Litigation Trends survey, Fulbright & Jaworski interviewed in-house counsel at 253 major U.S. corporations and 50 U.K. corporations.

Overall, as many as 51% of the respondents identified employment issues as one of the three to five types of legal disputes that most concerned their company.
