Law360, Houston (August 30, 2012, 8:25 PM EDT) -- A defunct Internet pharmacy’s antitrust claims were worth $118 million before Haynes and Boone LLP allegedly missed the deadline for filing a lawsuit, the former chief economist for the Federal Trade Commission testified Thursday at the firm’s malpractice trial in Texas court.
