Toyota Hits Ex-Programmer With Trade Secrets Suit

Law360, New York (August 30, 2012, 4:56 PM EDT) -- A Toyota Motor Corp. unit lodged an amended complaint against a recently fired computer programming contractor in Kentucky federal court on Tuesday, accusing him of sabotaging the company's computer network and accessing confidential trade secrets such as pricing data and proprietary design information.
