Hospital Says Baxter Unit Can't Dodge Drug Pump Royalties

Law360, New York (August 31, 2012, 7:06 PM EDT) -- Massachusetts General Hospital claims a Baxter International Inc. subsidiary owes it millions of dollars in unpaid royalties on sales of drug infusion pumps under a licensing agreement, arguing in a lawsuit removed to federal court Thursday that Baxter's aquisition of the unit did not void an agreement struck before the merger.
