ITC Takes 2nd Look At IPod Cover Infringement Claims

Law360, New York (August 31, 2012, 1:29 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission said Thursday it would take a second look at allegations that the maker of a protective case for Apple Inc.'s iPod Touch are not infringing a patent held by Otter Products LLC, months after letting the company off the hook.
