Law360, Philadelphia (August 31, 2012, 3:41 PM EDT) -- Suspended Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Joan Orie Melvin will go without pay while she faces criminal charges that she ordered her state-funded staff to work on her 2003 and 2009 campaigns for the high court, a state judicial discipline panel ruled Thursday.
