'Deeply Concerned' Democrats Ask To Watch TPP Talks

Law360, New York (September 4, 2012, 4:15 PM EDT) -- A group of congressional Democrats has urged U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk to let them observe the next round of Trans-Pacific Partnership talks, saying Congress members have been allowed to sit in on past negotiations of significant trade pacts.
