US Pushed To Declassify Rulings On Foreign Surveillance

Law360, New York (August 31, 2012, 8:08 PM EDT) -- The Electronic Frontier Foundation on Thursday urged a Washington federal court to force the U.S. to declassify secret tribunal court rulings that reportedly found surveillance of international communications under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act Amendments to be unconstitutional.
