DOL Nixes Ex-Sprint Atty's Sarbanes-Oxley Claims

Law360, Los Angeles (August 31, 2012, 6:33 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Labor's administrative review board has dismissed two Sarbanes-Oxley Act whistleblower complaints against Sprint Nextel Corp. brought by a former in-house lawyer, according to a decision released Friday, saying he can pursue the allegations when he brings a related complaint in federal court.
