Law360, New York (August 31, 2012, 6:44 PM EDT) -- An Arizona federal court on Thursday refused to issue a preliminary injunction forcing Cardinal Health Inc., which has been banned by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration from distributing controlled substances for two years, to supply the painkiller oxycodone to an Arizona pharmacy.
Desert Sky Pharmacy LLC had asked the court to order Cardinal Health to fulfill its distribution contract, saying it could not expect to contract with a new distributor for several weeks.
