Employers Urge DC Circ. To Junk NLRB's Poster Mandate

Circuit panel Tuesday that the National Labor Relations Board had overstepped its authority when it issued a rule requiring employers to display posters about workers' right to unionize, arguing the board had taken enforcement measures on employers that hadn't violated workers' rights.
