FERC Snuffs Kinder Morgan Rate Hike Request For Pipeline

Law360, New York (September 4, 2012, 4:15 PM EDT) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Friday put the brakes on Kinder Morgan's attempt to increase rates for its Trailblazer pipeline, rejecting its tariff records and siding with gas shippers that the hike would have upended a previous price agreement.
