Law360, Houston (September 5, 2012, 10:46 PM EDT) -- A failed Internet pharmacy’s antitrust case was fatally flawed before Haynes and Boone LLP allegedly failed to timely file the lawsuit, rendering a subsequent malpractice claim moot, the firm argued Wednesday at its trial in Texas state court.
