Law360, New York (September 5, 2012, 8:43 PM EDT) -- Workers rights groups on Wednesday urged the U.S. Supreme Court to rule in a race-bias suit brought by a former university employee that an employee with the authority to direct and oversee a harassment victim's work qualifies as a supervisor who can create Title VII liability for an employer.
